At Glowora Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order under UK consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
